My Office Depot Account Manager walked into my office one day with an extremely positive attitude about Office Depot, the service your company can provide and the quality of your products. He really truly believed in what he was trying to sell to me, I remember at the time thinking “I don’t believe that you can match the already great prices and service that I get from my current supplier” and I really wanted to prove him wrong – but instead he proved me wrong.

As Buffalo are driven by price I agreed to give Office Depot a trial order and I haven’t looked back since. The service really is outstanding – Only today I called him to say that I needed an ink cartridge urgently – he has worked his magic to have this delivered to me today. I can’t ask for any more from him and Office Depot.

I have been so pleased with both your product and service that I have made a recommendation to the company that my Husband works for to give you a try – they did and are now a regular customer and they too are happy.

Price reductions are always welcomed at Buffalo and I will continue to beat Ian down on prices but if the prices and service remains to the past year’s standard then I see Buffalo and Office Depot with a prosperous future.
