Bespoke Environmental Reporting

Office Depot offers bespoke environmental reporting to assist customers in achieving their environmental objectives. This reporting is available to customers free of charge and can be provided on a regular basis to help monitor and report on performance indicators.

The reporting covers the following areas:

Environmental spend analysis

This area looks at the customer’s current spend on environmentally preferable products with Office Depot and highlights areas where the customer could change to a greater range of environmental alternatives.

Environment Progress Tracker

This monitors the progress of environmental spend versus total spend on Office Depot products. This gives the customer a way of easily tracking any improvements they have made.

Environmental Spend by Account

This breaks down the environmental spend by account, to pinpoint achievers and areas for improvement.

Carbon Footprint

This provides the carbon footprint of ordering from Office Depot. It analyses the areas of order method, delivery frequency and order frequency. Customers can use this tool to measure the impact of changing the way they do business. 

Environmental attributes per item

This area breaks down all the products with environmental attributes and their benefits. This is a good basis for reviewing products bought and increasing the number of environmental alternatives purchased.
