I joined Office Depot back in Nov ’99 as a Data Input Executive and it wasn’t long before I realised that I was working for a company that was full of opportunities.  I took advantage of being able to learn about the business and to fully understand how departments interact and affect each other. This gave me a great understanding across the Supply Chain and put me in good stead for my following roles.  After 5 ½ years within Data Management it felt the right time for a new challenge and I moved into an NHS Support role within Sales.  This was my first customer facing position where I soon learned that people buy from people and building relationships and rapport with customers is the key to success.  This role involved me monitoring process, pricing analysis and dealing with operational issues. I also gained insight to the sales arena and logistics which has aided me in my current role, Senior Implementation Executive. This position allows me to apply my 9years of knowledge and experience to task.  Project managing new business is an exciting challenge, and never are two customers the same. Office Depot is constantly adapting to our customer needs so there is always something new to learn!  Office Depot has many opportunities for your career path but what has really made me stay and enjoy my time here is the people.  Everyone is passionate about their role and the business; everyone truly cares for their customers and for each other.
