I worked in Receiving in Andover for 7 years, during which time I became a Team Leader. I then moved into split case picking approx 5 years ago as a Team Leader also covering replenishment and route finish times. I relocated to Leicester D.C. in March 2008.

In my current role I ensure all split case orders are picked and packed On time, Accurate and Complete, manage productivity targets and staffing levels for my area, housekeeping and all aspects of health and safety.

I am also the site environmental representative. This role covers all of the removal from site of our waste, including how we manage all of our resources including power consumption.

I find every day is different with its own set of challenges, so I look forward to a new day at Office Depot and what it will bring!
