The Manifesto Programme

Manifesto — a fresh approach to Public Sector office supplies

 

The Public Sector has been challenged by the Government to deliver:

·         £21.5bn of annual efficiency gains by 2007/08

·          £3bn value for money gains by 2007/08 in central government procurement

·          Approximately 2.5% efficiency savings per annum in local government

Office Depot has worked in consultation with the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) to develop a programme to help public sector organisations achieve these efficiency targets.

The programme harnesses the substantial procurement power and best practice in our existing government contracts and provides a real solution in delivering public sector objectives, without the need to engage in a costly and lengthy procurement procedure.
